Dr. Jenkins is manager and founder of Aria Orthopedics, a thriving group practice based in Oklahoma City. He oversees the daily operations of Aria and its 12 employees, and he is responsible for its growth and direction. Aria Orthopedics, LLC, founded in January of 2004, arose out of the need to provide competent and compassionate healthcare to all people regardless of class, lifestyle, gender or race. The early conception of Aria was the solo practice of Dr. Jenkins, which emphasized humanity, accountability, and celebration of diversity. This practice became extremely successful in a highly competitive market due to the popular acceptance of this approach and innovative marketing techniques.
Dr. Jenkins was born in Fayetteville, NC. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a BS Degree in Chemistry (1986). He holds the PhD Degree in Biochemistry from West Virginia University (1991) and the MD Degree at Duke University (1994). He completed his residency in Orthopedics at Robert Byrd Health Sciences Center. He completed fellowship in Spine Surgery at Harvard/Beth Israel Hospital (2000).
